Evendler is operated by Valerio Marzulli. For privacy requests, use the email address published through the official project channels.

Data we process

We process account data such as name, email, city, account type and profile preferences; event data such as participation, requests, attendance confirmations and group messages; venue data such as name, address, photos and availability; and technical data needed for security, authentication and service operation.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to provide the requested service, authenticate users, show public events and profiles, manage reliability and reports, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interest for security and abuse prevention, legal obligations and consent where required.

Public visibility

Name, city if provided, reliability, public profiles, venues and public events may be visible to other users and search engines. Private events and restricted content are limited according to app rules.

Providers

The service uses Supabase for database, authentication, storage and realtime features. Some front-end assets may be loaded from technical providers such as Fontshare for fonts. Providers process data only to deliver the necessary infrastructure.

Retention

We keep data while the account is active or while needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Some technical logs may be retained for limited periods.

GDPR rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
